Yes, we ship worldwide!  All orders are sent USPS priority AND FIRST CLASS shipping

 

Any SALE or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping Terms

Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense.

  • We use USPS
  • Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 24 hours on a business day (UNLESS ITS A PRE ORDER)  Ship time 1-2 business days
  • if item is ordered after 5pm eastern standard time then the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
  • To minimize delays we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address.
  • Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances such as weather, USPS strikes or any other external factors out of control of CRUSHCANDI.
  • Tracking is available for all domestic orders.
  • Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

International Shipping Terms

Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 24 hours on a  business days.(UNLESS ITS A PRE-ORDER) International orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping time 7-21 days from NEW YORK, USA.

  • Deliveries can be tracked down on USPS's website
  • There is no Next Day Delivery option.
  • Whilst we endeavor to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may occur.
  • YOU WILL NEED TO COVER THE IN GOING CUSTOMS COST OR TAXES SHOULD ANY BE INCURRED IN SHIPPING TO YOUR DESTINATION.
  • Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and $50 return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. CRUSHCANDI  is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

Any shipment refused by customer once shipped, and is sent back to us will incur $50 charge. this amount will be taken from amount paid to us.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If you purchase items together with an item which is a pre-order your items will remain on hold until the pre-order item arrives and will not be shipped separately. If you wish to have your orders shipped separately you will need to make a separate purchase.

For customers who pre-order, CRUSHCANDI aims to deliver from the date specified. Delivery dates shown are estimates only and subject to change.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, adverse weather, power outages, loss of internet services,  etc.). All colors of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in color and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

 

Lost packages

If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item once it has arrived in the country outside of the United States of America. We use USPS for all packages and all fully trackable with a tracking number they provide. If you are not available to sign for your package you are responsible for arranging another time with your local post office to pick up your item. If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

 EXPRESS Shipping Costs

UNITED STATES : FREE WITH PURCHASE OVER $50 (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS) OR UNDER $50 : $3 for under 1 lb and $5 over 1 LB
Other Countries: $10 (7-21 days)

 

On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery, unless you grant, USPS 'authority to leave'. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. 

You may grant us an 'authority to leave' without a signature when placing your Order. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/our selected couriers permission to leave the percel unattended by the front door- or where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk- of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsiblilty and liability transfer to you on delivery. 

You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using sharp instruments.
